US Platinum Eagle 1 oz-PR DCAM-worth?

I am having a hard time finding the fair values of the US Platinum Eagle, $100,
1 oz, PR DCAM, PCGS graded 69. Some dealers are charging up to $500 over platinum spot, the year 2004 even higher. What are fair market values of the 2001 and later proofs? Are they expected to increase in value due to mintage numbers or be viewed as just one ounce of platinum?
